We Live in the Future: Talking CCTV
They are already used in Middlesbrough where people seen misbehaving can be told to stop via a loudspeaker, controlled by control centre staff.
So, will they have microphones so those who are being chided can talk back? Can they hook up the mics to web feeds so I can listen to my favorite street corner?
