Photo of the Day: Blackout Cam
This weekend, Fort Collins held its annual Brewfest. As far as I could tell, it was an excuse for people to swill lots of beer, vomit in the street, and suffer from a sun stroke.
I had to ask these two guys why they had video cameras ducked to the helmets on their heads. I thought maybe they were filming a documentary. Not really.
"We figure that at some point tonight, we're going to black out, so this is so we know what we did today, tomorrow," he said. "Plus, the theme this year is be safe, so with the helmets..."
There are scientists at Microsoft working right now on technology that will be just like their blackout cameras, only it will capture your entire life, and not just your binge drinking. I hope their cameras are smaller and easier to wear.
