I am nostalgic for spring today. I wasn't aware just how warm summer is in Colorado. Considerably more warm than it ever was in Laramie, I can tell you. Enough that I am spending my time either at work or at the coffee shop because we don't have air conditioning. The house stays cooler than the outside, but it still gets into the mid 80s inside.

There's something weird and otherworldly about this macro. I am not sure what I did differently here, but I think it was the lens I was shooting with along with the macro kit. If I ever get free time again, I have this great idea for a series... we'll see if I get to do it before winter comes.
