Anxiety issues seem to be getting a little better, but they're still there. I have not relaxed in a week without the aid of antianxiety drugs. I haven't taken any in the past two days because I'm worried about becoming addicted. It's been very, very hard to not take them, because I know that if I do, I will be able to get things done. Outside of the day job, I haven't done anything productive. I am taking the daily non-addictive drug, buspar, but it hasn't been doing much yet.

I had a cool Bioshock dream last night. That's a video game I and a million other geeks are anticipating. It comes out on Tuesday. I can't wait to try it out. The demo was amazing!

My dad managed to get inserted into the dream somehow too. Or maybe it was a different dream? It was one of those hugging dreams again. I like those more now than I used to. I think I got a better night's sleep because of it, actually.
