Hugo Awards Official WebSite

The Hugo Award has a new official website.  It's not very exciting, but at least it has a website!

A few thoughts: Looks like a basic Wordpress install.  If I was the designer, I would do something more interesting with the front page for starters, breaking it up into a few different columns and areas.  Have call out boxes for how to vote, and such, instead of just the text links.   I've seen some good theme work to that effect in other places.  I'd replace that not-very-appealing header image, and update the color scheme to match a new, edgier header art.  How about some Hugo-award-winning work, for instance?  Maybe have a rotating header image from art that artists have allowed to be showcased there?

It's plain, but it's functional.  Congratulations to the team involved.  It's a good start.
