Photo of the Day: Thunderbird Lodge
Burned out Neon in Laramie, Wyoming. I think I may have shown this one before too. If so, sorry. I don't know when I am going to get to take some photography again.
Tomorrow, it's up at the crack of dawn to head to MileHiCon. My MileHiCon schedule is pretty limited this year. I have a panel on Saturday and two panels on Sunday. I'll be leaving by 5 on Saturday to come back to Fort Collins for a Halloween Party. Then back in early morning on Sunday for two panels, and off to come home by 6 or so.
Next year is WorldCon, and you really must come! I will promise to stay at the convention all week, and if anyone wants to crash at our place for a few days before or after (first come first server here) and see the mountains, you've only got to ask.
Actually, your best bet is to apply to The LaunchPad Astronomy Workshop next year, which will fly you out here for the workshop and let you leave after Worldcon, so basically, you get your worldcon airfare paid for. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me.
