Benign, I guess?

I called the Doctor's office and they said that the results come back as "benign." The nurse wasn't able to give me too much information, other than that I have a couple of these things in each lung, and they look like scars/lesions from a recent infection. I can't recall having a chest cold in the last year, actually, so I am a bit confused by that. I had the flu last year, but I don't think I managed to get a cough at all? Anyway, they want another CT scan in one year, to check on them.

I'm not as relieved as I had hoped I would be. I guess it's scary to know that there's more than one, a, and b, that they still want to follow up in a year. I should feel better about this result than I do, and I don't know why this hasn't lifted my spirits. I think I need more information, maybe.
