I'm back, baby!

Forced myself to just write for an hour yesterday. I wrote rubbish. But then I had a great dream last night that has turned out some really awesome material, so I pounded out a bunch of that this morning. I've got a story to work on that I am excited about. Turns out "Ass in Chair" really is the most important aspect of it for me. Duh. Now, to make myself do it every single day, without cutting into other important things like wife time, sleeping, etc. The title I'm working on? "To Bind The Heart of Kansas." Working title anyway. I'm also writing something about a clockwork frog. Thanks, Mary!

Also in good news, my bill for the CT scan is only $250. I was thinking $900, so that's a good thing. Even if it does blow most of my Christmas money.
