A Tip to Any Future Landlords

If you would like me to sign a lease, do not put stuff in the paperwork that contradicts what you told me in person. There is no shortage of rental properties in this town. In fact, we had our pick between two very nice places, and so if you want to pull stuff like this, we will go right back to the other person.

We are not irresponsible college students. We read our lease agreements.
