It's photography season again. Yes, that's me. This is one of several images that I shot to test out my new flashes. Taking pictures of yourself is not as easy as I thought it would be. The wind kept blowing over my light stand with umbrella, and I was running between camera, lights, and my mark, adjusting things. I think I needed to soften up the shadows on the camera-left side of face here with some fill flash maybe? Click over to flickr to check out the other several images. Some of them are quite fun.

And yeah, I'm breaking my own rule about posting photos of myself online. There goes my aura of mystery!
